Jager von Hariton is a stunning 10 month old German Shepherd. Jager was turned into the shelter because his owners didn't want to spend any money on his medication he needs daily for now. (VERY inexpensive) Jager is one of those dog who are a little shy first, but after a few minutes and with some encouragement his loving side comes out and all he wants to do it sit in your lap or lay his head on your leg for a little scratch. He needs to gain some weight and "put some muscles on", but even now, when you walk him, he just glides next to you with the most bouncy gait.
Per his foster dad:
He is doing great.  He loves to run around the yard, especially chasing or being chased by Joey (Josephine).  When I am at my desk, he sits by or on my feet.  He is still a little skittish, and he is a little weak in his back legs, but this does not seem to effect him.  He is very affectionate and has liked everyone he has met, and is very dog friendly.  With a little weight, he will be a stunner.
